MP22 Power Generator v2 update

There is a dead weight and couple of tunnels added. The dead weight to counteract the unwanted centirfugal force that develops at the flipping. The fork + axle would be too heavy on this design to this job. The pistons size increased in order to decrease the necessary pressure so the motor doesnt need bigger compressor class.
