How does this motor differ from other type of motors?

This motor in some sense doesn't differ from any pressure driven engine, like Internal Combustion engine,air motors, turbines except it uses compressed air.  There is nothing fancy about this part. So its an ordinary Air motor. The delivery of the force/power happens to be on the rotor. This makes this motor special and unique and much more capable and most importantly much less fuel consuming.

Can you tell how this motor works?

It works by two set of circular piston and 2 compensators and a ring. The piston attacks the ring that starts to roll (this attack generates useful torque and the rolling direction is against the rotor's turning that would be stopping the motor if it would be breaking) and then it will be flipped changing the rolling direction to advantegious and then recompress-slowdown of the roll (this also generated few percent less power stroke - because the ring wants to roll away connecting the piston...), and the cycle starts again.

How much fuel does it consumes on maximum load?

This example design would consume max 20-30 liter of 1MPa or little more pressed air when it will be totally done.

It if would be built into a car how many seconds it take to accel to 100km/happens

The example design would do it around (2000kg car) 13 sec, but naturally a much stronger design and accelerator subsystem would do less than 2 sec... However I don't intend to do this and I am a supporter of a new law proposal that cars must not be able to accelerate more than 3 m/s^2 at least in the cities...

How heavy is the motor?

Its about 60-100 Kg tops.

Is it a perpetuum mobile?

Hahaha, NO of course not! This motor needs compressed air continuously supplied as a form of 'energy' aka fuel . As it decompresses, it pushes the piston's head, blades, and makes motion, work, power, kinetic energy! Wow!

How much power output a single motor of this design can do?

8 Ring (cylinder) More than 1 megawatt (1300+HP)!

Future designs can do more then 2.0. The power generator version of this motor will be able to do more than 5 MW with more and bigger rings.

Why is that I cannot evaluate it without your overseeing?

Its because there are loads of people who doesnt know how to evaulate and to know while they sitting in positions, like volkswagen's Andrey Nikolay who without any data or even looking it (he kept saying sorry on the phone) said this technology doesnt fit into VW's 'pipeline'. Its because of this! Especially these times when practically there is no other data available!

How much a 500KW power generator cost?

If it is manufactured in a factory should not be more than 10 000 Euros! (the manufacturing cost)
